Over the past 15 years, I have built a diverse knowledge base in Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) while working in Barbados. Later, in Trinidad & Tobago, I expanded my professional scope, developing specialized skill sets in Project Management, Radio (Land Mobile) Communication, Counter-Intelligence Methodology, Operational Security, and Regulatory Technologies.

Removing the constraints of working in a single Caribbean territory has enabled me to broaden my experience, diversify project exposure, and collaborate with dynamic, cross-disciplinary teams across the region.
In the last 8 years, I have observed a sharp increase in online purchasing habits and a growing number of digitally savvy users who rely on social media as their primary communication platform. More connections are being made online than in traditional brick-and-mortar spaces.
This shift in behavior inspired me to establish HKS as an online consultancy, allowing me to reach a broader market and deliver superior solution-based services to both businesses and governments.


Technology is becoming increasingly integrated into everyday life, often as seamless, automated processes. My mission with HKS is to bridge the gap between emerging technologies and their practical daily application—ensuring that businesses, institutions, and governments are not only up to date but also operating securely and efficiently.
